Rental rules & details

Age Requirement: Renters must be 18+ with valid ID. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Safety Gear: Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water. Weather Policy: Paddleboarding is not permitted during severe weather conditions. Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather. Paddleboard Usage: Paddleboards are to be used only in designated areas (Trent-Severn Liftlocks, Beavermead Park). Stay within sight of the launch point and follow all local water safety regulations. Supervision: Children and pets must be supervised by an adult at all times. Toddlers​/​kids are allowed to ride with parents for free. Damage and Liability: Renters are responsible for the paddleboard and equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss will result in additional charges. Substance Policy: No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed during the rental period.
