Rental rules & details

-Payments must be made online with a valid credit card. Debit Visa cards are not accepted. -A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. -Rentals can be picked up and returned during store hours. No after-hours pick-ups or drop-offs. -Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 20% fee. -No-shows are non-refundable. -Late returns are charged at double the daily rental rate per day. -Return equipment clean and in good condition. Damaged or dirty equipment may incur repair or cleaning fees. Lost or destroyed items are charged at full retail value plus a 10% restocking fee. -Check your insurance policies for coverage on rented items.
