Rental rules & details

Age Requirement: -Renters must be 18 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID at the time of rental. Safety Gear: -Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are provided with each rental and must be worn at all times while on the water. Material Usage: -The Canoe Prospector 16' is constructed from lightweight Aramid Light, which is not suitable for white water conditions. The canoe should only be used in calm waters such as lakes and slow-moving rivers. Damage and Liability: -Renters are responsible for any damage to the canoe or equipment during the rental period. A credit card deposit may be required, and any damages or loss of equipment will be charged accordingly. -Late returns will incur an additional fee. Weather Conditions: -Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of severe weather conditions. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure they are aware of weather conditions and plan accordingly.
