Rental rules & details

-Renters must be 18 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID at the time of rental. -Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are provided with each rental and must be worn at all times while on the water. -The Canoe Prospector 17' is constructed from lightweight Aramid Light, which is not suitable for white water conditions. The canoe should only be used in calm waters such as lakes and slow-moving rivers. -Late returns will incur an additional fee. -Renters are responsible for any damage to the canoe or equipment during the rental period. -A credit card deposit may be required, and any damages or loss of equipment will be charged accordingly. -Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of severe weather conditions. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure they are aware of weather conditions and plan accordingly. -The use of alcohol, illegal substances, or any behavior that may endanger the safety of the renter or others is strictly prohibited during the rental period. -Pets are allowed in the canoe, but renters are responsible for ensuring their safety and well-being during the trip. -Reservations are recommended to guarantee availability.
