No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. -Flexible Rental Durations: Choose from daily, weekend, or weekly rentals. -Convenient Pickup​/​Delivery: Pick up at our Lakefield Store or opt for delivery ($2​/​km for both drop-off and pickup). -Complete Gear: Your rental includes 1 life jacket, with additional gear like tow ropes and life vests available for rent. -Seamless Process: The cardholder must sign a rental agreement and provide a security -deposit upon pickup or delivery. -Model & Design: Tubes are available in various models and colors (subject to availability). -Store Hours: Monday - Sunday: 10 AM - 5 PM Each rental is based on a 24-hour period (e.g., 1:00 PM Wednesday to 1:00 PM Thursday). Your double tube rental will typically be ready in 2-4 days, giving you everything you need for a fantastic day on the water!

Rental rules & details

-Payments must be made online with a valid credit card. Debit Visa cards are not accepted. -A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. -Rentals can be picked up and returned during store hours. No after-hours pick-ups or drop-offs. -Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 20% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. -Late returns are charged at double the daily rental rate per day. -Return equipment clean and in good condition. Damaged or dirty equipment may incur repair or cleaning fees. Lost or destroyed items are charged at full retail value plus a 10% restocking fee. -Check your insurance policies for coverage on rented items.
