Rental rules & details

Age Requirement: Youth SUP rentals are designed for children aged 6-12. A parent or guardian must accompany children on the water at all times. Safety Gear: Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are provided and must be worn by all children at all times while on the water. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult (18+) on a nearby paddleboard or onshore at all times. Weather Policy: SUPing is not permitted during severe weather conditions. Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather. SUP Usage: Youth SUPs are to be used only in designated areas (Trent-Severn Liftlocks, Beavermead Park). Children should stay within sight of their supervising adult and follow all local water safety guidelines. Damage and Liability: Parents​/​guardians are responsible for the SUP and equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss will result in additional charges. Substance Policy: No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed during the rental period. Parents​/​guardians must ensure the safety and well-being of the child.
